What a beautiful service.

I am extremely saddened by the passing of my dearest friend, Nola, but know she now rests in the arms of Jesus, beyond all grief and pain. It is in times of loss that we realise just how special true friends really are. I already miss her almost daily e-mails and so much more to me, showing the wonderful friend I had in Nola. And I was not the only recipient of her kindness as there were many others. Heaven has marked her consistent christian life for which she will be rewarded with the words, "Come ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. (Matt 25:34)" on that great and glorious day when Jesus returns.
May we all hear the same from our Saviour.

Thank you for a beautiful eulogy for Nola. She was a truely gentle and loving soul. We will remember her fondly. From celebrating at a party or special event we have enjoyed her company.

Dear Janette and family,

Our sincere condolences during this time of loss. Keeping you and the family in our prayers, even as we look forward to the day when "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away" (Revelation 21:4)

Dear Janette and Family,
Our sincere condolences, we can but imagine the feeling of loss you are experiencing, but are always reminded that the greater the love shared the greater the pain felt. We trust that in time, your hurt now will come to represent a memorial, to her life so lovingly shared and the fond memories you will always retain.

Dear Janette, Melinda, Doug and families,

Your mum/grandma was an inspiration to us. We have many special memories of her from the Yarra Valley SDA church and remember her taking Sabbath school for our children many years ago. She will always be remembered as such a positive, strong person full of faith.
May God comfort you all at this sad time and give you hope of that beautiful resurrection morning when we shall see her again.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,
Peter, Patricia, Amy and Caleb Cieslar

My sincere condolences to Nola's family. I got to know Nola as we walked our dogs together, chatted and shared our faith. I knew you only for a short time Nola but enjoyed the fellowship we shared. Until we meet
again.

Love you Nola

Sandie Priftis on 11 November, 2021 at 7:10pm

My sincere condolences to all who loved Nola. My favorite childhood memories were full of Nola and Merv. Friday night fish and chip nights were a fond favorite. Birthday parties full of Nolas homemade treats were especially memorable. Climbing the backyard Lemon tree and raiding it was a definite fun Sandie activity in the Robins backyard.
My favorite day was holding Nolas hand one last time in the same way you would hold a mother’s hand. She was like a second mother to me in my childhood years and I will never forget her loving and kind heart. To Nola - I will miss you and keep you in my heart forever. Rest peacefully with Merv, together again. Lots of love, Sandie Priftis.

The earth will never be the same without you but your beautiful family lives on. Condolences to the family you are a testament to Nola and Merv.. All my love and hugs xxxx

Nola was a special friend to my mother Thelma McHarg . They worked together at Merrindale and mum introduced Nola to her church family. We as a family have fond memories of Nola and Mervyn. They attended my parents 50th wedding anniversary in 1993. Nola was there for us supporting us at both my brothers funerals. Forever grateful for her wonderful friendship.

Extremely sad time for your family. Nola reunited with your dad.
Its hard to speak on behalf of our family, as Mum and Ken would say there own beautiful memories. But I remember the softly spoken lady.
I only wish you / siblings to support each other at this sad time,
Xx

I'm sure she will be long remembered for her selfless service to her church, friends and family and caring attitude to all she met. May she rest in peace until Jesus comes to raise her again and may He give you comfort for your loss as you wait.
