TO MEMORY TIMELINE
The many conversations shared, always with a smile and so positive. The love for her family. The joy in the 'everyday'. These are my memories of Rina. Sending much love and strength to Tom, Hugo, Hazel and Edgar at this difficult and surreal time. Helen Knight (Hugo's Teacher KU Castlecrag Preschool)
Rina, My heart brakes to hear of your passing. Although I only knew you for a short time, you left a huge impression on me. Being able to create a garden with you and Tom, in what was a truly challenging time for you and the kids, was, and will always be an absolute honour and a time I will cherish forever. The garden we created together will continue to flourish and be a constant reminder for your kids of the unconditional love their mother has for them. My thoughts and love go out to Tom and the kids at this incredibly sad time. And it goes without saying, I am here for anything you need garden or non-garden related. You were an absolute gem Rina and I will cherish the time we had together forever. Best, Josh Arkey (and Freddie)
>read onI only knew Rina for a short time at Cornell, but she was always a bright ray of sunshine bringing smiles to everyone wherever she showed hers. My heart goes out to her family during this time. I was blessed to have her as a friend.
Thank you Rina for your willingness to share your breast cancer experience in an effort to help others affected by the disease and create a greater awareness of what it meant to live with metastatic disease. I enjoyed our conversations over the years, the BCNA podcast, photo opportunities and even recently as a few weeks ago you were still wanting to help others in a very authentic way. My heartfelt condolences to Tom and your children all of whom you were intent on creating beautiful memories for. Farewell Rina x.

I can only imagine the strength and fortitude it would have taken in daily life but whenever I saw you Rina you were bright, friendly and smiling, always up for a chat and never letting your condition define you. Your beautiful energy and legacy of community, kindness, family and strength will go on through those who knew you. You will be so missed Rina Xx
