We have such fond memories of time spent with Grant at Car Club events, flying to The Island with Grant piloting in his Cessna, amateur radio with Bruno (VK3 BFT) and many days, nights and weekends of fun. Grant was always a gentleman and ready for a laugh. He will be missed and our memories treasured.

Grant took me under his wing and taught me VAX VMS even though I was rather naughty boy at the time. He was so down to earth and not averse to cussing! Lol. I remember his fight with Moorabbin council where he dumped his uncollected garbage on the council's doorstep. Funny story of a man who wouldn't be bullied by anyone Unfortunately council won that battle but Grant still laughed it off. Great memories. Thanks for you knowledge and kindness Grant.

There’s no one like Grant. So stoic. So cheeky. So much his own special person. I’m so lucky to have known him, and to have spent some good times with him. Thinking of my loves today, Guy, Annie and Peta, and so thankful to Grant for his part in bringing them into this world. Lots and lots of love, Soph xxxxx ox

I will remember Grant for the excellent job he did over several years as Treasurer of the Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club. Grant established wonderful systems which tied together the Club’s membership records with the financial records which were always up to date. His talents will be greatly missed. John Ross VK3MK Life Member SPARC.
