Phil has been my neighbour for 20 plus years. We have been friends from day one never a harsh word was spoken I was always greeted with a friendly wave and enjoyed a quite drink with Phil from time to time. Phil has some good and bad times along the way as we all do , I could not wish for a better neighbour and friend ,till the end Phil was funny smart and kind opinionated and Brilliant at the same time Rest in peace my good friend
