Charlie my uncle and my mate you were my mentor and friend from when I was a wee little one and you would buy me a coke and a packet of chips it the Albion hotel to taking me to watch the bulldogs play the bombers and our sundays watching the red legs with dad till I got older and we would have our Saturdays at the workers club playing snooker were you would wipe the floor with me and our efforts on the pokies it breaks my heart to say goodbye but now you can rest in peace my mate you fought a good fight against this hideous disease give Aunty Pam a kiss and cuddle for me love you mate rest in peace

Uncle Charlie,
I’m going to miss stopping over at your place after work for a beer (hammer and tong) and all the stories you use to tell me about all the funny stuff you use to do back in the day. I’m happy that you are now with Aunty Pam.
