We do not pretend to share the depth of your loss and sorrow for we did not know Christine as you did. We do want you to know that we have valued Christine’s presence in our lives, her sensitivity to where people were and how to help them to move forward. She had the habit to encouraging people to look beyond their own needs to the needs of others. Christine will be sorely missed.

Christine was one of the first people I met when I began at Ashburton Baptist Church and was so welcoming when I joined the music team as a nervous singer. She was always so kind and encouraging.
With Love

Love you Aunty Chris. It is too soon to lose our conversations, the support you give to everyone around you, the compassion you provide, your love of history and travel, passion for animals and all of your hobbies. It’s hard to write down everything you mean to me because it is still a shock you are not responding on our family chat and house progress social media like you always did. We love you Aunty Chris and miss you and are in our thoughts and prayers. Love always, Emm and Lucas xxxx

One can't extend condolences to you all without expressing the SHOCK,the utter DISBELIEF upon hearing your beloved (our loved) Christine had passed.
The pain was gut wrenching if we felt like this at Moorabbin we can only imagine your pain.
We were all so surprised to learn Christine was 69 She was so energetic so baby faced, she lived several lives during her life time dedicated devoted to MODC, her Church, her businesses , family and Joh!
The hours, weeks, months years and years she dedicated to everything and everyone else but herself. So selfless!
She was so looking forward to her holiday I joked how many books will you read on this holiday. Avid reader
One holiday she told me she'd read 5 books in a week..Exceptional.
Christine is already dearly missed.
I'm sure I can say we( instead of I) at Moorabbin will remember her fondly often She'll NOT BE FORGOTTEN and we will be forever GRATEFUL
God bless
Thank you for lending her to us Joh.
