When you meet a Dave, you know you’ve met a good person.
After all, who can say that they’ve ever met a bad Dave? It just doesn’t happen!
We all need a Dave in our lives, and we were that to each other.
I’ve lost a brother and miss you terribly, but I’ll take you with me.

I was fortunate enough to experience what it was like to be one of Dave's students at VCA and then go on to be his colleague. Through that whole time period I learnt so much off him, he was a wealth of knowledge and also always full of laughter. His light hearted spirit always make me smile.

I didn't know Dave very well, but every time our paths did cross he greeted me like an old mate. A warm and generous spirit always.

We met at the Elephant & Wheelbarrow and, along with many others, we formed a staff / customer gang. What a fun time we had! You were larger than life with an infectious laugh and a presence that simply could not be ignored. I’ve no doubt you are on the other side drinking pints and talking theatre.
