Our Picnic's to Puffing Billy, picking mushrooms in the wild and every year the magical Christmas tree that would be centre of attention at your house.

My beloved sister, Polish born and named; Wieslawa/Halina, aquired the name of; “Helen” by her Greek born primary school girlfriend, as she couldn’t pronounce the name; “Wiesia”, being the diminutive of “Wieslawa” …. and It stuck for the rest of her life! Helen was also my best friend, confidante and keeper of both of our little “secrets”!
I still can NOT came to terms with her passing and I’m sure that I never will. Helen leaves a huge void in, all of our lives, especially in mine! I thought we’ve had much more time together, to reminisce and laugh as we’ve shared the same senses of humour, the same sense of ridiculous! Having sacrificed her life style for so many years, having had the shared responsibility of looking after our beloved “mamusia”, it was time for frivolity but unfortunately this cruel, cruel disease took her so much earlier than we’ve all anticipated. May the angels welcome you at the “Pearly Gates” my darling sister, never to be forgotten’ ❤️ from Christine and Manfred.
(Sorry for any grammatical errors in my text but I’m writing this through my tears!)😭
