Dear Manay Josie,
God has graced you with the gift of life. It was a feat to have reached 92 years old. Not very many are privilege what you have accomplished. With the long stretch of life came both strings of joy and sadness, of merriment and discontent, success and frustrations. You handled all these with grace and appreciation. You have outlived our parents Claro Paneda Sr and Paz Lucena Panesa) and some of our siblings Claro Jr
Domingo, Rosa , Huberto and Susana. We your surviving siblings (Clara Claro III, Paz Azucena, and Luna), have learned some of your wisdom and will value your unconditional love for the whole family.
You've led a good and productive life. You always stayed on the positive side and never confined yourself to negativity. That's amazing to note. You've taken extremely good care rearing your kids, and accorded love for your son-in-law and unquestionable love and protection of your grandaughter, considering them like they were your kids as well.
Thank you for the love you have shared with us all. We pray for the final repose of your soul. On behalf of your siblings here in the Philippines, so long Manay Josie. We will continue to continue whatever you left behind.
With all my love your 71 year old younger brother, Claro III.
♥️
Mama,
Thank you so much for being part of our lives.
You were always so kind, warm and loving towards me and all of us, and you had a great sense of humour!
I will miss spending family time together with you, Uncle and Michelle, and I will especially miss playing the Bingo Bingo game with you.
Thank you for looking after and loving Michelle, I will look after her from now on for you.
We love you and will miss you. May you rest in peace now and cause some mischief in heaven! ❤️
Love Nick
My family and I are full of sadness when we learned that you left us already. We lost a loving and thoughtful aunt and sister-law but God gained another angel in heaven. When cellphones were scarce and not yet the mode of communication we exchanged letters twice or once a month. You never fail to write me asking how am I and my family doing especially when my father (your brother) passed. When you got your own cellphone you were always eager to videocall me/us on regular basis. Distance was never in between us to feel our bond and love for each other. Despite trials and difficulties, you were always the epitome of strength and resilience, always full of humor, jokes and laughter. You may have left us (physically) but we know that you will always be here with us in our hearts and in spirit guiding us and watching us from above. We may be saddened by your passing but we know you are now in a better place, no more pain, no more suffering, only joy and everlasting life in the loving embrace of our Lord. Probably exchanging jokes and laughter with God and his angels. My mom and the rest of my family grieve that you left us already but we are assured that you are now free and happy at home with our Creator. Missing you already! You will be sorely missed by those you loved and loved you. May you rest in eternal paradise with the Lord and let perpetual light shine upon you🙏
Mama Josie,
Growing up, I heard so much about you from Mama Susan, your sister. We would often buy cards, and Mama would write her love for you. I’ll always remember your last visit to our province when I was 5. The joy and smiles you brought to Mama Susan, especially when she received your calls and letters, will stay with me forever. Though we didn’t see each other often, I always felt your love whenever you called, especially with Mama Susan.
After Mama Susan passed, I missed her deeply, but thanks to Ate Michelle, I was able to see and talk to you through video calls, which helped ease the pain of missing her.
Thank you for the love you’ve shared with me ,Mama Josie. We love you dearly.
May you rest in God's loving arms, where peace and love surround you.

Dear Mama,
We will all miss you so so much!
It's hard to imagine life now without you and I wish that I could see you one last time to give you a big cuddle and tell you how much I love you and thank you for everything you ever did for me from the day I was born until the day you passed away.
There are no words to express how much you mean to me and I will think about you every day for the rest of my life.
I will miss seeing you laugh, hearing you sing and your playfulness. I will miss your funny stories and your advice on whatever was going on in my life. I will miss seeing your face light up whenever you would see Nick and I. I will miss seeing you and Nick laughing and joking and it always made me so happy to see my two best friends together.
I know you are with God and in heaven now with your family and that you are in peace and that you are watching over us.
I love you so much, Mama.
