Such a beautiful tribute to Karen today. (I was so sorry not to be there in person, but have been ill. Matt & Kate were able to be there thankfully).
I have written down her words "keep being inspired", what a motto to live by! Sending our deepest condolences and love to Ric, Alex, Cam & Dan and all Karen's extended family.
Much love Jane, Matt, Kate, Gemma & Sam Getson

Karen…a beautiful soul taken way too soon. You had a way of lighting up a room with your gorgeous your smile. You lived your life filled with love, laughter, fun and a sense of warmth that was tangible. Your friendship will be a gift we will carry and cherish forever.
Ric, Alex, Cam and Daniel, someday, not now, and perhaps not for a long while…you will come to remember all you shared together with less pain and more joy.
Our heartfelt condolences to you all.

In loving memory of a truly exceptional and kind soul. We remember Karen/Mrs Quitt's cheerful presence and generous heart during our years at St Joseph's School. She always had time for a chat and made everyone feel valued. Our community has lost a beautiful soul. Rest in peace.

Keeping the family in our thoughts and prayers.

My beautiful friend - the best neighbour a young mum could ever wish for. You shaped me in ways you never knew, quietly influencing my life with your kindness, strength, and warmth. You had a profound impact on our boys too. Mitch always called you his “Melbourne Mum” after we moved back to the country.
You were always there for advice, for a laugh, and even for a good cry when the world felt too heavy. Your presence was a comfort, your friendship a gift I will treasure for the rest of my life.
I will miss you more than words can express. My heart is completely broken for Ric, Alex, Cam, and Daniel. Please know that I will be there for them, always, in whatever way they may need.
You deserved so much more time, so many more moments, so many more chances to give the love that came so naturally to you. Rest in peace, my dear friend. You will forever be remembered, cherished, and held close in all the hearts you touched. X

Beautiful Karen was always so positive and happy. Very nurturing and family focused. We were always inspired by her baking and taking on the huge task of running that cake stall at St Joseph’s Fundraisers, which we all loved and looked forward to, with many laughs had. We shared long walks on cold winter morning's for many years. We shared a love of music and dancing.
Karen was so proud of her children and loved to see them travel and have different experiences.
It filled her heart with joy.
We truly believe she is an Angel now watching over her children & loved ones.
She will be greatly missed & fondly remembered.
Rest in Peace Beautiful Lady.

No words do justice to the extraordinary person we pay tribute to - Karen.
A person who has such strong family values and has dedicated her life to educating young people is such a huge loss to this world.
Her beautiful children are evidence of the loving home she and Ric provided. My heart hurts for them.
Everything seems less shiny now.
I miss my friend.
