Dear Aunty Sharon, we didn’t get to spend much time together as I left Australia over 20 years ago... but I remember our family gatherings with such fondness. You were such a lovely, kind person. I will light a candle tomorrow to remember you here in Yorkshire 💙 Big hugs to my family during this difficult time xx.

It was truly an honour to have known you, Sharon. From the moment we first met, your remarkable and warm personality was evident. I will forever cherish the moments spent with you and your husband Jim, watching your children grow, and the many treasured memories of BBQs, dinners, and shared laughter. Thank you for your kindness and the inspiration you provided to all who were fortunate enough to know you, including myself. My heartfelt condolences go out to Jim, James, Kimberley, Leigh (and family), Sister Leonie and Husband Dean.

So many happy and fun childhood memories Sharon. There are songs I hear today that still remind me of you. I remember playing records in the dining room and dancing at Regent Avenue. Summer holidays at Cowes, Sorento and Barwon Heads. Always beautiful and always loved. 💜

I’ll forever cherish my time knowing Shaz, what a privilege it was!
Many laughs, smiles, adventures and lots of love.
I’ll always remember dancing hand in hand to a sweet old man playing music outside the shops in Cowes and Jim being so embarrassed.
Thank you to Sharon’s husband, children, grandchildren, sisters, mother and all extended family for trusting me caring for such an important lady.
I’ll hold my promise to you and continue to visit Parky boy and your silly husband.
Rest in peace Shaz ❤️
