Always admired you as a General Manager of Yarra Valley Water. You were charismatic, strong, visionary and approachable and you knew the business well. Will never forget the generous spread of free food that
you organised for Chinese employees each Chinese New Year. So very thoughtful. Also remembered the time when we mentored some school kids and you always made sure that we were well fed after each weekly meeting. How did you find the time?

You were a generous and sincere person and it's tragic that your time on Earth could not have been longer. RIP.

We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Simon. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.
We will always remember Simon fondly, both as a person and as my manager. He had a positive influence on my career and growth. I still tell people that who I have become is because of Simon. We shared several happy moments with Simon—apart from work, we had lunches, dinners, attended concerts, and enjoyed various events together.
