Phil has been my neighbour for 20 plus years. We have been friends from day one never a harsh word was spoken I was always greeted with a friendly wave and enjoyed a quite drink with Phil from time to time. Phil has some good and bad times along the way as we all do ,
I could not wish for a better neighbour and friend ,till the end Phil was funny smart and kind opinionated and Brilliant at the same time
Rest in peace my good friend

God bless you my dear son Phillip Leslie Parker. You are now present with the Lord Jesus Christ with your mother and I will see you again when I get there.
