Dad, I saw a quote recently that said “ when we lose someone we love we must learn not to live without them but to live with the love they left behind” this is what I’ve been trying to focus on this last year without you, all the love & happy memories you have left in our hearts when we think of you. And not a day goes by when I don’t think of you. I would love to pick the phone up and hear your voice say “now mate”.
We all miss you Dad there will always be a big hole at family gatherings without you but I take comfort knowing I was so very lucky to have you as my Dad xxxxxx

Still think of the giggles we shared, and the experiences we had together. Watching our families grow and one another age lives in our hearts with joy. Remembering the direct conversations, while sharing insights. When we would see one another it was as if it were yesterday.

RIP Tony.
You were a good friend and business colleague and it is a shame that we gradually lost contact after your move to Australia.

So sorry you have lost Tony. Everybody that he met seems to hold him in the same high regard. Obviously with good cause as he was a thoroughly
fellow. We will miss him but he will be always in our thoughts.

RIP Tony, privileged to have known you all these years; a great husband and wonderful father and grandfather The world seems a little bit darker now.

Tony I am so pleased I was able to see you earlier this year during my visit to Australia. Our 2 families spent so many happy times together in England. You were also there for my boys when they were both struggling having moved to OZ. Only a few weeks ago I found airmail letters from Sonia after you first arrived in OZ. You gave your girls a fantastic opportunity to thrive and grow. My love to you, Sonia, Gina and Alison for all the fantastic memories.

Dear Grandad,
you were the best Grandad that anyone could ever ask for. Wven though you weren't the most hands on Grandad you were always proud of me when I did well in my sports. You were always the chef of the family, although I do wish the talent passed down to one of us. Another one of your many talents was making us laugh. Whether it was with family or on an outing, you always made everone laugh with your astronomical sense of humour. Throughout your life you always had a exqusite taste of music, your favourite being Elton John. In the last few weeks of you being diagnosed with mouth cancer I couldn't bear to see you in pain, as I knew you would not want to go out like this. I am so glad I got to say my final goodbye to youin person. I hope your up their having a relaxing beer. See you in the heavens.

Re-calling many happy nights at the Mill Inn, Boston with Tony & Richard and lovely dinner parties with the Lentons & Foxes. Treasured memories of lovely times with a lovely man, he will be remembered by many and missed by all.

I am sorry to hear that Tony has passed away, my deepest condolences

Not sure Tony knew how grateful I was to him for helping me when I was travelling as a young fella and then again when I needed help to feed my family. Tony and Sonia were there for me. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

You made our growing up fun. Holidays, weekends, taking me to watch Gaza play for your beloved spurs, cooking the best steaks I have ever had, educating me on proper beer, footy in the back garden, you’re determination to get even a slight tan while on holiday 😂. The laughs, the dirty jokes, losing at cards, the stench of your favour garlic mushrooms ( I now love them to). Your love for music with the incessant playing of Elton John. 😂I did go and see him live, he was good.
